The legend of Nezha is an old Chinese story of Nezha, a young boy with god-like powers. There are many versions of the tale, but the one I know goes like this:

Nezha was the son of a general, but at birth he was a strange lotus/sack-like object. When his father tried to cut open the object, Nezha was born. He acquired two magical weapons: a sash that could grow to any leangth and a large gold bracelet that could be thrown [like a boomerang].

When he was young, the land was drought stricken. The townsfolk made many offerings to the Dragon King of the East Sea, Ao Guang, but he ignored their pleas for rain. Nezha had multiple conflicts with Ao Guang and his sea creatures, even killing Ao Guang's son and fighting the king himself. Enraged by Nezha's actions, Ao Guang allied with his brothers, the Dragon Kings of the North, West, and South Seas. The four dragon kings flooded Nezha's town and threatened to kill his parents. As Nezha could not defeat all four dragon kings, he offered to kill himself to save his parents and townspeople. Using his father's sword, he committed suicide but saved everyone else.

Happy ending: Nezha is resurrected by an old wiseman and becomes even more powerful than before. He defeats Ao Guang and forces him to end the town's drought.

i will just say this, if you bring tradition into this, then you have an imperial dragon, they have 5 claws, and all the normal 'foo' dragons have only 4. imperial dragons are only used for imperials, as in emporier.
